The Church of Scientology was recently awarded the Church Volunteer of the Year for its efforts in helping to clean up Orange Blossom Trail. Nelson Betancourt accepted the trophy on behalf of the church, which was also honored for its activities on the restoration project at the old Amtrak Station on Sligh Boulevard.
