LEGISLATION TO OUTLAW SCIENTOLOGY IN THIS COUNTRY WAS RULED OUT BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH (MR. KENNETH ROBINSON) IN AN ADJOURNMENT DEBATE IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS JUST BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON MONDAY.
