The Food and Drug Administration has denied Scientology's Citizens Commission on Human Rights' (CCHR) petition to withdraw fluoxetine (Prozac) from the market, indicating in its report that CCHR's evidence was primarily based on five "unsubstantiated cases that cannot be adequately evaluated."
